Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Manage client relationships and project teams from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards (LEED/AP)
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
- Mentor junior architects and guide design reviews
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Research emerging materials and construction methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in high-profile commercial projects
- Registered Architect (NY license required)
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions
- Experience with NYC DOB submission processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
