Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and master planning phases for residential and commercial projects.
- Oversee technical detailing, documentation, and production drawing stages to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Manage and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative creative environment.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building regulations, planning laws, and sustainability standards (BREEAM/LEED).
Qualifications
- RIBA Part 3 qualified with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a comprehensive range of completed projects and technical skills.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino.
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design ideas clearly.
- Valid UK driving license.
