Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development from concept to construction documentation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Develop sustainable design strategies achieving LEED certification
- Present designs to clients, stakeholders, and review boards
- Stay current with industry trends and building codes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential design
- Registered Architect license in Illinois (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex project delivery
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in project management
