Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and construction teams
- Manage client relationships and project budgets
- Mentor junior architects and interns
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Develop technical specifications and construction drawings
- Present designs to clients and regulatory authorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Licensed Architect (NY State or NCARB certification)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning regulations
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Experience leading teams of 5+ professionals
