Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation using BIM technologies
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interiors) to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage client relationships and deliver compelling design presentations
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Mentor junior architects and maintain compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction administration and resolve on-site technical challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- NCARB licensure required with New York State registration
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification strongly preferred
- Proven portfolio of award-winning urban projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes
