Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for complex mixed-use projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and facade engineering systems
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and compliance with NYC building codes
- Mentor architectural staff through design critiques and technical guidance
- Present design concepts to clients and municipal review boards
- Implement BIM protocols using Revit and Rhino/Grasshopper workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in high-rise commercial/residential design
- NYS Architect License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software (Lumion/V-Ray)
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ completed projects >500,000 sq ft
- Experience with NYC DOB submission processes
