Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
- Develop detailed BIM models and construction drawings using Revit
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with building codes
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Present designs to clients and municipal authorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- New York State architectural license (NY RA)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
