Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for high-profile projects
- Manage client relationships and project teams from concept to completion
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior architects and ensure design quality standards
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Stay current with sustainable design practices and building codes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial architecture
- Registered Architect (NY license required)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex urban projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with NYC DOB and ULURP processes
