Responsibilities
- Lead project design from concept through construction documentation using BIM technologies
- Develop innovative architectural solutions addressing sustainability and urban integration challenges
- Manage client relationships and project teams while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants to resolve technical complexities
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Prepare compelling presentations for client approvals and public consultations
- Stay current with industry trends and building code regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 7+ years of professional experience
- Registered Architect license in New York State
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- Proven portfolio demonstrating large-scale commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading project teams and managing client expectations
