Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and facade engineering teams
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Mentor junior architects and interns
- Conduct site reviews and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and LEED standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of post-licensure architectural experience
- Professional Architecture license (NY State)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited program
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations
