Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation of commercial and mixed-use projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Mentor junior architects through design reviews and technical guidance
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA standards
- Develop Revit/BIM models and construction documentation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and community boards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience with commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability expertise
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of Chicago zoning and building regulations
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning design solutions
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
