Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and facade systems with engineering consultants
- Manage client relationships and project budgets from conception to completion
- Mentor junior architects and interns through design reviews and technical guidance
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code and ADA regulations
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and municipal review boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential design
- New York State Architect License (RA)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino with rendering skills
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Experience with NYC DOB permitting processes
