In this pivotal role, you will lead high-profile projects, mentoring junior staff while driving innovative design solutions that meet rigorous sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept through to completion, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers.
- Prepare and review complex technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation using BIM software.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification (RIBA Part 3) and eligibility for ARB registration.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice, preferably in the UK.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
