Responsibilities
- Lead project design development from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Develop sustainable design strategies and BIM implementation plans
- Present designs to clients and municipal authorities
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 8+ years of professional experience
- Licensure as a registered architect in New York State
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Exceptional visualization and presentation skills
