Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interiors)
- Develop innovative design solutions using BIM (Revit) and parametric tools
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Codes, ADA, and LEED/Sustainability standards
- Manage client relationships and present designs to stakeholders
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban projects
- Oversee construction administration and resolve technical site issues
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in high-profile architectural firms
- NYC Licensed Architect (RA) required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of completed commercial/residential projects >$50M
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations and construction methodologies
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
