Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications
- Develop BIM models and construction documentation
- Conduct site analysis and code compliance reviews
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Present design concepts to clients and review boards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture
- Professional Architecture License (RA)
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Experience with Chicago zoning and building codes
- Proven client relationship management skills
- Master's degree in Architecture
