Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for large-scale architectural projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interiors)
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior architects and guide design reviews
- Develop schematic designs and construction documents
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Architecture (BArch/MArch) required
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- CA architectural license mandatory
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Experience with high-rise or mixed-use developments
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
