Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and institutional projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and facade engineering teams
- Manage client relationships and project budgets from concept to completion
- Mentor junior architects and ensure BIM compliance across teams
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new developments
- Present design proposals to municipal planning committees
- Ensure adherence to ADA, IBC, and local building codes
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture license (NCARB certified)
- 10+ years of experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ completed projects over $10M
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience with urban infill developments
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Masters degree in Architecture from accredited institution
