Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from initial concept through to construction documentation.
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and internal teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction to ensure quality control.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations and sustainability guidelines.
Qualifications
- RIBA Part 3 qualification and Chartered Membership (ARB/RIBA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural practice.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and design skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
