As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision from concept through construction administration. You will collaborate with world-class engineers and consultants to deliver projects that define the skyline of NYC.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design & Strategy: Drive the architectural vision and design development for high-profile commercial and residential projects.
- Project Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- BIM Coordination: Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to produce high-fidelity technical drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior designers to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Client Relations: Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to oversee construction quality and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and licensure (AIA) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in architecture, preferably in New York City.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software (Revit preferred), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and construction detailing.
- Portfolio: A strong, curated portfolio demonstrating expertise in sustainable design, modern architecture, and technical execution.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
