Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development to construction administration.
- Oversee project teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and designers.
- Conduct thorough site analysis and coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants.
- Ensure all design deliverables strictly adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders with compelling visualizations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive innovation in design solutions, integrating BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
Qualifications
- Professional License (AIA or equivalent) required.
- Master of Architecture degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with significant experience considered.
- Proven experience leading commercial or high-rise residential projects in a metropolitan area.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, technical proficiency, and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- LEED Accredited Professional (AP) certification is a plus.
