Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all design phases from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Develop innovative solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability standards
- Manage client relationships and project timelines within budget constraints
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor junior architects through design reviews and professional development
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new development opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD with BIM expertise
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Illinois architectural license (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
- Experience leading teams of 5+ professionals
