Responsibilities
- Lead design development for mixed-use and commercial projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants to ensure integrated solutions
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings using Revit
- Manage client relationships, presentations, and project delivery milestones
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, and LEED standards
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-cultural design initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of experience in commercial/residential design with portfolio
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- New York State Architect License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Demonstrated experience in BIM workflows and construction administration
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex building typologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
