Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from concept to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines across diverse sectors
- Develop sustainable design solutions integrating BIM and parametric tools
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and ADA regulations
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and municipal authorities
- Drive innovation in material science and construction methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience with NYC-based projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape rendering
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning commercial/residential work
- New York State Architect License (RA) mandatory
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning and Landmarks regulations
- Experience leading projects exceeding $50M construction value
