Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for large-scale architectural projects
- Manage client relationships and project timelines from concept to completion
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, interior design, contractors)
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential design
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning projects and technical expertise
- New York State architectural license required
- Strong leadership and client management abilities
