Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects
- Manage client relationships and project teams while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
- Conduct code reviews and coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants
- Develop sustainable design strategies and BIM modeling standards
- Mentor junior architects and interns while maintaining design excellence
- Present project proposals to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture License (NY State) required
- 8+ years of experience in high-end commercial/residential architecture
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of managing $50M+ projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions
