Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA regulations
- Present designs to clients and municipal review boards
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Integrate sustainable design principles (LEED certification preferred)
- Manage project budgets and timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience
- New York State architectural license required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex commercial/residential projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes
- Experience with BIM and parametric design tools
- Proven client management and presentation skills
