Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for commercial, residential, and institutional projects
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Develop innovative design solutions using BIM and parametric tools
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and review boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Registered Architect license (Illinois)
- Expertise in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with urban infill and adaptive reuse projects
