Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design systems integration
- Manage client relationships and project budgets from concept to completion
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with ADA, LEED, and local building codes
- Present designs to stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Drive sustainable design solutions and BIM implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Registered Architect (RA) license required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating large-scale commercial project experience
- Strong knowledge of Chicago zoning regulations
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
