Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and LEED/Sustainable Design standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior architects and manage project workflows using BIM technologies
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban sites
- Drive innovation in sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- NYC-licensed Architect (RA) with NCARB certification
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Enscape/V-Ray
- Proven portfolio of built projects in urban environments
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations and construction methodologies
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
