Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory standards
- Develop detailed construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors to resolve technical challenges
- Mentor junior architects and designers while maintaining design quality control
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders with persuasive visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing award-winning projects
- New York State Architectural License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale urban development projects
