Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants
- Mentor junior architects and ensure design quality control
- Manage client relationships and project budgets up to $50M
- Research and integrate innovative materials and green building practices
- Present designs to stakeholders and municipal authorities
- Contribute to firm-wide R&D for parametric design tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
- 10+ years of experience in high-rise/commercial architecture
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape
- New York State Architect license mandatory
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning complex projects
- Experience with NYC DOB and ULURP processes
- Strong leadership and presentation skills
