Responsibilities
- Lead project conception through design development phases using BIM technologies
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed construction documentation and specifications
- Mentor junior architects and designers while maintaining design quality

- Research and implement innovative sustainable design methodologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Licensure as Registered Architect (NY State)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
