Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for large-scale commercial projects
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and construction teams
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control
- Develop design concepts aligned with client vision and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior architects and interior designers
- Present designs to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and sustainability protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial architecture
- Registered Architect license (NY State)
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
