Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and facade systems integration
- Manage client relationships and project timelines from concept to completion
- Mentor junior architects through design reviews and technical guidance
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA requirements
- Develop BIM models and construction documentation using Revit
- Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated portfolio of large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of Chicago zoning codes and IL building regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
