Responsibilities
- Lead project development from conceptual design through construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project teams to deliver architectural excellence
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards
- Integrate sustainable design principles and BIM technology across all phases
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers for cohesive project execution
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to firm-wide design innovation
- Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders and review boards
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture License (NY State) required
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of delivering complex building projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical proficiency
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
