Collaborate with world-class designers to bring innovative concepts to life while mentoring junior talent in our dynamic Manhattan studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural projects from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Develop detailed BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD for complex structures
- Coordinate with MEP, structural engineers, and sustainability consultants
- Present design solutions to clients, municipalities, and review boards
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design charrettes
- Ensure compliance with NYC Zoning Resolution and building codes
- Manage project budgets and client relationships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- NYS Architect License (RA) required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C or WELL AP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and sustainability standards
- Exceptional presentation and client management skills
