Responsibilities
- Lead design development for mixed-use and institutional projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants
- Manage project budgets and client communications
- Develop construction documents and oversee implementation
- Mentor junior architects through design reviews
- Research emerging materials and construction techniques
- Present concepts to municipal review boards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
- 10+ years of licensed architectural experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expertise in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- New York State architectural license
- Portfolio demonstrating complex commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC Building Codes
- Exceptional client management skills
