Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior designers to resolve technical issues.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (BREEAM/LEED).
Qualifications
- Qualified Architect with RIBA Part 3 certification and RIBA Chartered status.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in residential or commercial architecture.
- Proficient in BIM workflows (Revit, ArchiCAD) and parametric design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and technical proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
