Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for large-scale architectural projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with building codes, sustainability standards (LEED), and ADA regulations
- Develop detailed construction documents and manage BIM modeling workflows
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and secure regulatory approvals
- Mentor junior architects and drive firm-wide innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Registered Architect (NCARB) license required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
