We are currently seeking a visionary Senior Architect to join our elite design team.
The Role: In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and technical execution of major projects. You will bridge the gap between conceptual creativity and practical construction, ensuring our vision translates into reality while adhering to the highest standards of sustainability and code compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to construction documentation, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
- Manage and mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and visualizations using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino).
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to analyze site conditions, zoning regulations, and environmental impacts.
- Present design concepts and progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture License (AIA) or equivalent registration required.
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from an accredited program; Bachelor’s degree with significant experience considered.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit), 3D modeling (Rhino/Grasshopper), and CAD drafting.
- Demonstrated experience with sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types and design iterations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
