Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural projects from concept to construction documentation
- Develop innovative design solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
- Manage client relationships and project budgets exceeding $50M
- Mentor junior architects using BIM and parametric design workflows
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and regulatory authorities
- Present design proposals to executive stakeholders and review boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-rise commercial/residential design
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape rendering
- Proven track record of delivering complex urban projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating award-winning design solutions
