- Present design concepts to stakeholders and review boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools
- Proven portfolio of award-winning commercial projects
- New York State Architect License (RA)
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning laws
