Responsibilities
- Lead design development from conceptualization to construction documentation using BIM technologies
- Manage client relationships and project teams while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Integrate sustainable design principles and advanced material research
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants (structural, MEP, etc.)
- Present designs to clients, review boards, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and drive quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 8+ years of experience
- NCARB licensure and LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex healthcare/cultural projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and Zoning Resolution
- Proven project management for $50M+ scale projects
- Exceptional problem-solving and client communication skills
