Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Manage client relationships and project timelines from conception to completion
- Coordinate structural, MEP, and sustainability consultants
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Prepare construction documents and specifications
- Mentor junior architects and design interns
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Licensure as a registered architect in New York State
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating large-scale urban projects
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Experience with BIM implementation and project management
