Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Develop innovative design solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interiors) and external consultants
- Manage client relationships and project budgets exceeding $50M
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Utilize BIM technologies (Revit, Rhino) for precision modeling and coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial architecture
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape
- Proven portfolio of award-winning built projects
- New York State Architect License (RA)
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and ULSD
- Exceptional presentation skills and client management experience
