Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for mixed-use and institutional projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Conduct code compliance reviews and constructability analysis
- Develop design presentations and visualization materials
- Mentor junior architects and interns
- Research emerging materials and construction technologies
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture license (RA) required
- 8+ years of experience with commercial/residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex design solutions
- Experience with Chicago zoning and building codes
- Proven project management for $50M+ projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
