As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the creative and technical direction of our projects, ensuring excellence from the initial sketch to the final construction documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical development of complex architectural projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and clients.
- Prepare and present design concepts and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the firm's technical knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Registered Architect (RIBA Part 3) and member of the ARB.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and design philosophies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid UK driving license.
