Responsibilities

- Mentor junior architects through design reviews and professional development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Registered Architect license in Illinois (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and technical proficiency
- Expertise in sustainable design principles and LEED certification
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software
- Proven track record of leading projects through all phases
