Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Manage client relationships and project timelines using BIM software (Revit)
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for urban infill projects
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with NYC Zoning Resolution and building codes
- Develop sustainable design strategies targeting LEED Gold certification
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential design
- NYS Architect License required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex building systems and material innovation
- Experience with NYC DOB submission processes
- Strong analytical skills for structural and environmental systems
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
